Company Becomes Part of Bank’s IT Staff to Help Ensure FIS Software Conversion Success

Customers Bank’s core FIS system executes all major functions, including managing customer transactions, powering all mobile banking interactions, and assuring compliance with federal regulations. Faced with the enormous software conversion project, the bank needed assistance staying organized and coordinating with the project’s many vendors.
