Relay Network (Relay) is a mobile engagement automation company that provides a communications platform to connect businesses with customers, for easy and effective interactions. Relay’s CX Builder™ mobile communication platform gives businesses the ability to design and deliver a guided service experience to end-customers through the combined use of SMS messaging and a secure mobile web application. Relay works with enterprise businesses across healthcare, financial and home services.

The Challenge

CX Builder’s success stems from its ability. It can be used as a standalone tool, or by integrating its APIs into an existing CRM, marketing automation, or customer support platform. Always seeking to improve their offerings, Relay was looking to enhance CX Builder with a new, intuitive interface. Their end-goal was empowering clients to design and deliver dynamic mobile experiences on their own—without Relay’s assistance.

The Solution

Relay partnered with Anexinet because we specialize in streamlining business processes to provide the complete digital experience customers require. Anexinet and Relay worked together to deliver a comprehensive solution architecture, a product roadmap and a release plan. The net result: a modernized solution that uses an Agile Development methodology with the architecture comprised of Couch NoSQL and PostgreSQL relational databases, Node.js, Clojure for Services, Angular 2 Front-End, Jenkins DevOps and Selenium Automated Testing.
