WAYNE, Pa. and SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — DLL, a global provider of flexible financing solutions and Propelics, an Anexinet company, and leader in enterprise mobile strategy and world-class app development, today announced that the Express Finance mobile app jointly developed by the companies was awarded the Most Effective App Integration Mobile Award by Enterprise Mobility Exchange. This inaugural award recognizes the top technological achievements of enterprises and successful initiatives on their digital transformation journeys.
DLL partnered with Propelics to create a mobile strategy and application that simplifies the financing experience by creating DLL and customer efficiencies in pricing calculations, proposal generation, and point-of-sale closings. Propelics’ proprietary Kickstart methodology provided the framework that resulted in the development and launch of a multi-release award-winning solution.
Before Express Finance, sales representatives relied on multiple sources of information to calculate quotes, which could take several hours to deliver. Using the new app, sales representatives use their smartphones to deliver complex quotes in a matter of seconds, allowing customers to compare different term options as product selections are made. Once a customer decides on an option, sales representatives use the app to send the financing proposal to the customer and submit the transaction for credit approval.
“Leveraging digital capabilities and technology, we created a new way to simplify our customers’ financing experiences,” said Scott Phelps, vice president regional digital product owner. “Our Express Finance mobile app is a great example of our commitment to connecting with our customers and partnering with trusted partners like Propelics to develop solutions that empower our customers and better meet their needs.”
“Our goal was to leverage our expertise to help DLL create a mobile app that provides a simpler way to address customer financing needs,” said Shahab Choudhry, co-founder and partner of Propelics. “Propelics is proud to be a part of the team that produced this award-winning mobile app.”
