Recruiter fails to provide timely feedback: You had a great phone screen and they loved you right? Two weeks later and still no feedback means they loved someone else more.
Recruiter does not know the specific details of the role for which they are recruiting:By the end of the phone call, you are interviewing them more about the position.
Recruiter calls you 5 times in an hour…..at work: Maybe you are busy at work or with your family in the evening, go figure. Better yet, maybe you are not interested.
Recruiter calling you about a job that you are obviously not qualified for or is way out of your comp range: Why would you take a position 2 pay grades below where you are now? Maybe for the opportunity to work with such a super recruiting team…
Recruiter changing your resume without your permission: You probably sort of insinuated you knew quantum physics. Well, at least the hiring manager now thinks you do…Good luck with the interview.
Recruiter submitting candidates without permission in order to “own” the candidate: Sorry sir, our corporate headquarters and all of our east coast affiliates already have your resume, you can’t apply for this job directly.
