Anexinet Named One of
Philadelphia's Best Places to Work
Technology management firm awarded Gold
in Large Company category
Blue Bell, PA – October 17, 2011 – The Philadelphia Business Journal has named Anexinet Corporation as one of the Best Places to Work in the Philadelphia region, awarding the systems integrator and technology management firm with top honors in the “Large Company” category. The award recognizes the company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees.
Anexinet was one of hundreds to enter, securing its position on this prominent list based on the strength of its culture, for how the company values its employees and the quality of its benefits.
“More than anything else, the Best Places to Work award recognizes that business is not just about revenues but about people and relationships,” said Diego Calderin, President at Anexinet. “We are honored to not only be recognized but to also have won Gold in our category.”
“During these times of economic uncertainty, businesses are facing a huge challenge in keeping morale and productivity high,” said Craig Ey, editor of the Philadelphia Business Journal. “The companies honored by the Philadelphia Business Journal in our 2011 Best Places to Work awards deserve a great deal of praise for creating and maintaining excellent work environments.”
“The Best Places to Work award means we have remained true to our core values of integrity and teamwork, and our devotion to what makes a consulting company successful: its people,” said Steve Cammarota, VP of Human Resources & Operations at Anexinet, about receiving this prestigious professional award. “Our emphasis on attracting and mentoring the right talent, treating our employees fairly and providing them with autonomy, flexibility and meaningful work both in and outside the office has resulted in our employees recognizing Anexinet as a best place to work.”
The awards program was launched by the Philadelphia Business Journal through phone calls and advertisements in the paper. The 2011 program sponsors include TransitChek, Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission and SB1 Federal Credit Union. The results were tabulated by the Philadelphia Business Journal's research partner, Quantum Workplace, from hundreds of online surveys completed by employees to establish rank order.
The region's Top 50 Best Places to Work were honored at a private awards program on October 13 and featured in a special supplement in the October 14 issue of the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Philadelphia Business Journal is in its 30th year of publishing and the Best Places to Work program is in its eighth year. Other signature programs include 40 Under 40, Women of Distinction and CFO of the Year.
