Acquisition Brings Together Two Complementary Technology

Blue Bell, PA – December 6, 2010 – Anexinet Corporation, a leading systems integrator and technology management firm, announced today that it has acquired Extolutions, an IT consulting firm headquartered in King of Prussia, Pa. Extolutions serves enterprise and mid-market clients in Greater Philadelphia and New York by providing service offerings in the areas of application development, infrastructure and project management. The acquisition of Extolutions – which includes its clients in the pharmaceutical, financial, education, manufacturing and insurance sectors – complements Anexinet's longstanding capabilities in these industries.
